Project Cancellation

- Cancellation requests are processed as per policy guidelines.
- Refunds depend on project milestones and the stage of completion.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy ensures fair treatment for both parties. Refunds are classified as follows:
- Full Refund: For projects not initiated after confirmation and payment.
- Partial Refund: For projects where some milestones have been completed. The amount is deducted based on the completed work.
- No Refund: Once the project is fully completed or deployed on the client’s servers.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15 to 25 working days. Notifications are sent at each stage of the process. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Important:
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment gateway.
- We allow up to 180 working days for the amount to be settled in exceptional cases.
Eligibility and Limitations
Refund requests will be considered only after all dispute resolution efforts have been exhausted. 2solution.in assumes no liability for:
- Delays caused by external service providers.
- Losses due to delays or project non-delivery beyond our control.
